Services Provided

Cineman Productions offers professional film production services, including but not limited to:

Music video production

TV Commercials

Documentary

Film Production

Booking & Payments

A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due upon project completion.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other agreed-upon methods.

Failure to complete payment may result in delays or withholding of final deliverables.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled shoot are eligible for a partial refund (minus administrative costs).

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the project date are non-refundable.

If Cineman Productions cancels a project due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Project Timeline & Revisions

Estimated delivery timelines vary based on project complexity but will be communicated during pre-production.

Clients are entitled to two free revisions after receiving the final edit. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

All changes must be requested within 7 days of receiving the final cut.

Rights & Ownership

Cineman Productions retains copyright over all footage unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive the right to use the final deliverables for personal, commercial, or promotional purposes.

Raw footage remains the property of Cineman Productions and is not released unless purchased separately.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary details (scripts, concepts, locations, permits, etc.) before production begins.

Any delays caused by the client (e.g., location unavailability, late arrivals) may result in additional fees.

Clients must ensure all participants give permission for their likeness to be used in the final production.

Liability & Indemnification

Cineman Productions is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or third-party disruptions, that may affect production.

Clients agree to indemnify Cineman Productions against any legal claims arising from the use of the final product.

Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information and project details will be handled with strict confidentiality.

Cineman Productions may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Force Majeure

Cineman Productions is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, accidents, or government restrictions.

Agreement & Modifications

By using our services, clients agree to these terms.

Cineman Productions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with updated terms posted on our website.
